Robert Handley and David Handley attended the 2025 ISBA Allerton Conference on Generative Artificial Intelligence. This three-day conference in Champaign, Illinois focused on Generative AI and the rippling effects of this powerful technology throughout the legal profession. Keynote speaker, Professor Kristian Hammond of Northwestern University, powerfully began his presentation positing that "there is no aspect of human cognition that will not be brought to machine." The conference included programs on:

-Artificial Intelligence Evidence in Litigation and Beyond;
-Digital and Data Security in the Age of Artificial Intelligence;
-Comments on Artificial Intelligence from the Bench; and
-Artificial Intelligence and Ethics.
