“Complex Asset Recovery: Fraudulent Transfers, Charging Orders and More" Seminar Moderated by Robert Handley

Arnstein & Lehr LLP partner Sandra A. Franco, program coordinator for the Illinois State Bar Association’s Commercial Banking, Collections and Bankruptcy Section, invited colleagues to attend “Complex Asset Recovery: Fraudulent Transfers, Charging Orders and More,” a half-day seminar held Sept. 17 at the ISBA Regional Office in Chicago.

The CLE-credited course was moderated by Robert Handley of Burke & Handley P.C. in Downers Grove and offered an in-depth look at some of the not-so-common ways to recover assets from a debtor and the complex methods in which assets can be reclaimed.
