Parents/Plaintiffs, Krista Kallal and Skylar Kallal, brought suit individually and as Next Friends of Their Minor Child, Brooke Kallal against Timothy Lyons, M.D. and other Defendants arising out of injuries to Brooke Kallal which occurred at the time of her birth.
